Introduction of a new system, which meant the shaping and focus of Customer Service roles; required support for the necessary shifts in mindset and behaviour, helping Leaders step up and grasp the opportunity by leading their people through the transition.

Provided a significant shift in the mindset, role and performance of all staff; creating proactive leadership at all levels stepping up from managing in a relatively steady state, to leading change. Challenged the mindset, drive and accountability of individuals and provided practical tools to lead the transition and resolve the real issues that the team faced.

 


Loss making division. Executive  Team were not meeting specific cost saving targets.

Achieved profitable business following  turnaround, achieved in 10 months with an immediate10% saving on the bottom line. Turnaround in mindset and performance achieved with substantial new business growth.

 


Underwent some organisational re-structuring, resulting in large-scale change phased in over 12 months with some hand over activities and knowledge transfer. 

Effectively positioned the group for success during the organisational change and defined a clear value proposition: Developed team awareness around the personal impact of change and identified ways of maintaining performance while preparing for the future.

 


The Tunbridge Wells Equitable Friendly Society (a traditional mutual insurer) needed to engage the staff to live the brand values and adopt culture change.


Strategically re-positioned as The Children’s Mutual. Capstone International helped define and embed the new brand values internally with all staff and drive through the necessary change – transforming the culture to match the Brand.

 


5th in Constructors Championship: 26 Constructors points with no top three finishes. Low morale.
